The Hotel Front Desk Optimization Automation is integrated into the PMS platform and consists of the following products: Guest Services and Internal Services. Guest Services allows guests to self-service through the mobile GuestApp application or Guestkiosk, where they can perform functions such as check-in, check-out, access to information about their reservation and hotel information, exchange messages with the front desk, among other services. Internal Services consists of the Mobile StaffApp application for the use of Housekeepers and Staff Management, aiming to control and optimize the productivity of the area of governance, as well as provide real-time updating of hotel room statuses. Applications are available in three official languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese.
